The fee for City Residents is $75.00 Non-residents are $100.00 CASH OR CHECK ONLY

Reds Landing Keyholder Application
Reds Landing Keyholder Agreement
All applicants must fill out both forms before being issued a key.
These proceeds will be used to offset the cost of keeping the park available.
The past several years has shown the deterioration of park facilities due to lack of maintenance and vandalization. The bathrooms are unusable and have been vandalized many times over the years. It is not worth the effort or cost to try and renovate them. The current bathrooms will be closed permanently.
We are looking at further improvements to the dock, pavilions, and electricity, including lighting. These efforts will be supported by the sale of the key access.
We also need the support of the community to assist in maintaining the facility so that it can benefit all the users.
